First step is to complete the new client questionnaire, then we will contact you to set up an appointment for your nutrition coaching call upon payment.
Your 30-day meal plan will be designed with a shopping list included plus supplement recommendations. You will get at least two 30-min coaching calls during each month to ensure successful progress, etc. Plus, additional healthy recipes sent each month while you are on the plan.
